I've looked around online, but I haven't come across anything that says you shouldn't top or LST while in flowering. I'm growing 12/12 from seed, so I don't have veg state to top or LST. Can I top and LST while in flowering?
Sure man, if your out of height you can bend, (LST) but only so far, if you top you lose that cola yea but it's gonna be better then a burnt cola. besides you'll get better light to the other two below it that will make up some.
