May be a dumb question, but, if I have fresh air coming into a 20x25ft room via an intake fan, and I have my ac running, do i have to run an exhaust fan sucking air out? Because it obviously pulls my cold air out.

If you are pulling air in the same volume must go somewhere and where it goes it will bring the smell of the garden with it. So no, you don't have to exhaust if your environment is within check, but it makes it harder to control odor. I exhaust in the summer and run closed in the winter.

Thanks for the reply. I run scrubbers with inline fans mounted on top and circulate the room air through those and it kills a lot of smell. I was just wondering if bringing in fresh air and not exhausting any air would screw up the plants somehow, I know lack of c02 will, but (not) exhausting air seems like it wouldn't be a problem as long as fresh air is coming in every so often. I assumed the old air would simply find it's way out. I don't have any heat to exhaust so just wanted to keep the cooler air in instead of exhausting it.
