Do Males Grow Faster Than Females?

Pretty simple question. What has been your general experience with it? I have one plant of four that has far-surpassed the other three in growth, and if it's male I'm going to give it a slow and painful death because it's easily the healthiest and most robust of all of them.

I've generally found that the few males I've had have grown quicker, but equally, I've had a male or two growing at the same rate.

I've also had one hermaphrodite that slowed down on growth later in life, fed it hardly diluted strong bleach, and it kept on growing!! Indestructable.
