Tough to argue with that. The only point I disagree with is that the customer is always right. I'm self employed and I have come to a different conclusion. Sometimes people (customers) are just assholes and deserve to be told to go kick rocks.
I owned and operated a small business for several years, with a handful of employees that were already friends. So my interview process amounted to one fill in the blank question:

"The _________ is always right. Hint: the correct answer is not the customer, and rhymes with moss."

ok,so i just received my second order from firestax and i can tell you 100% that not only is this guy legit,but an awesome human being!hands down the best seedbank owner i have ever dealt with!period!

i feel like a dick cause i ordered twisted fruit and a couple days later stax messages me saying he didnt bother to charge me...a gift!
well,with my natural distrusting nature and seeing this thread i kind of accused him of lying cause,well who gives a $100 pack of seeds away,he got back to me,could have been a prick too,but he was mature and respectful telling me he in fact sent seeds.

well they showed yesterday and i feel like an ass for doubting him...
the first order i ever made he sent before even charging my cc!the guy is great!

i am not affiliated with firestax at all.just a very happy customer....in fact,after what he did i wont buy seeds from anywhere else!

it is a fairly new company and there are/were bugs they were working out.....give them a shot,no matter what you will get your seeds in breeders packs stealthily shipped....

i owe stax this for being such a great human!keep it up bro!

I am NOT feeling safe, NOT liking the messages, and I shall respectfully bow out of this thread.

Was a mistake to start it. I live where I can have my life ruined. I do not need this crap in my life.

has talked to him ABOUT ME!!! That i HAVE MY SEEDS, I HAVE a refund, and I"m an ass for NOT posting that up here.

LETS SET IT STRAIGHT..............I DID NOT GET A REFUND, NEVER ASKED FOR ONE, I DID NOT GET MY ORDER

I"M also done here............................NOT ONE MORE word from me about this..........I just want it to go away, and that mentioned member too.


Was nice while it lasted, but just not feeling good and safe here...................

stax has always come thru for me. and awesome freebies too. last order was for some.motarebel and he threw in a complete pack of super snowballs for free. has always been an awesome place for me sorry you had a bad experience.

I'm gonna give it a while longer. But if y'all thought Loompa was on a high-horse these responses will blow your mind (including calling Mr.C from cannazon a thief/liar:o)

I can post my original email also. A bit snarky? After months of no beans, yes. But not angry or insulting. Just the facts.

I ordered from there paid with a cc and got no response. Hit up the breeder emailed them a copy of my completed and paid for order and the breeder took care of it for me. Shit happens but as a business owner you should always be respectful even if the other is an asshole. I stay ordering from Mr C never a problem easy communication and always a pleasure. He goes out of his way to make the transactions easy on the buyers end.

wow im fucking shocked this has gone this far! wouldnt the tracking number let everyone know whos lying and whos telling the truth? give the man his seeds n fuck off! im glad you brought this to light because others get ripped n just move on, but u might save someone that saves months to make a special purchase from the bullshit like this. im tempted to PM you to find that member, then just troll them off the net.

Been doin' a bit of searching for a seedbank, belong to a few forums (stax too), everyone sees to have difficulty with shipping/delivery/customs at some point, but it is the response and after sales service which counts. Jetdro has every right, and seeing as he backs it up with a Firestax e-mail (with quite the tone), regardless of how pissed he was, the note was unacceptable. Look Stax is trying to be as earlier described here as the keepers of the sacred underground dank or whatever is fine and they want to reach the world right? So it is easy to discount, or take as a grain of salt, the odd customer complaint by ignoring them as they scream blue murder and fade away, but engaging a disatisfied (bona fide) customer with threats like that, says volumes to me. I know the stax boys won't like my post here, but well that will make this absolutely clear to me, if I get flamed. But I'd rather be sure than ripped. And FATBURT please don't accuse the guy of being a prescription drug abuser, I am sure firestax doesn't need a shill of your caliber, if they are anything like they claim to be, just lame man.
 
I've had a really bad experience with firestax. I ordered 2 packs of exotic genetix gear from their site and had issues with the order. I made an order with them and never received a confirmation email and when I logged back in the order was nonexistent, but there was a debit from my bank account from a beansale123.com for the exact amount that the packs cost. So I email firestax and they promptly reply saying he would look into it. I gave him partial screen shots of the debited amount with the date to prove it was debited from the account and gave him screenshots of the email notifications from firestax notifying me of these packs being available for purchase proving the date I ordered them to help them with the process of fixing this order. A couple months go by and nothing done. I play email tag with them and he tells me that the he can get me something different because exotic was dropping his new dessert line. Another month goes by and now their ignoring my emails. They lead me on thinking they would help me and now they flat out ignore my messages. They won't even have the decency to reply or refund me for this. $200 gone! What a joke of a business this guy is running. Don't deal with this site!image.pngimage.pngimage.pngimage.png

I almost ordered from this guys. On the drop down menu i told them to include my country and they did it fast, in about 1 day of my email theynreplied and told me that it has been fix. Good thing i never did, and guess what i tried sourpatchseeds called jay about the payment and the stocks. He sent my package and all i ask for the tracking # its already been 2 weeks and the tracking # is not working yet. Probably because its international but i dont know. I also called thedankteam same issue wd firestax about my country on the drop down, emailed about 10 times, only once he replied and never fixed it. I told myself uve learned ur lessons and just order them beans from the 3 that always work

But ya..fuck stax I ordered a pack of In House genetics when they just had a 'seed drop' (Sept 23) everything was in stock with many packs available..i ordered ..msged after a few days and asked for tracking..they said they were swamped with orders ...seemed legit at the time..a week passes and I notice all the In House gear is out of stock..ask wtf is up and is my pack available. and they say that they are waiting for the shipment of them to come in. Basically as someone else stated.. selling beans that arnt even in there hands yet..

I ordered a replacement pack on October 30 of Jaws Chem Soda Cookies..they were shipping the pack frm stax in us to stax in uk and now on Dec 5 it shows shipped..Emailed for a tracking number so we will see what happens..hope to fuck they include a free jaws pack for waiting this long..Ive gotten 3 parcels from NGR since I ordered at stax one from attitude and 2 from CSB ...after all is said and done

NEVER EVER fuckin again will I be desperate enough to order from stax..

im so sorry you.guys have had issues with stax. ive never had one and have always gotten great freebies. i for one have been really pissed off with all these seed banks and alot of breeders lately and been thinking about a site where growers simply swap beans to improve their genetic library. nothing more nothing less. why is that so hard? i mean who here would be willing to share what they have to get stuff they want or may like to try? sure there isnt a profit involved but what the fuck why should there be. if i have something you want and you.have something i want why not just trade it off? hence the name outfallgenetics. mabye people should search it out a bit and see what comes it can be found around on boards and is the result of what this whole rant is about. i was an in guy who fell out
