Do organic fertz kill microbes in soil??

R u guys talking about using liquid organic synthetic nuit's to feed the micro biology in a living soil? If so I was wondering about that too.. I feed with compost tea but if possible id like to have a few liquid organics I'd like to try and add ONLY if it didn't harm my soil or require a salt flush

Yea, I'm currently learning about teas and I'm starting to learn that I can't use strictly tea for my girls. Dont want to mix any soil. So I'm wondering if I can use ffof for veg then organic fertz and tea for flower. But now I'm thinking what's the use for tea & microbes if the organic bottled nutes are already broken down? And if that's true, I'll be leaning to just top dress ffof with dry amendments & tea when it runs out. But idk if that's possible.
I'm so confused

Teas and microbes can be re amended and used over n over though for richer soil each grow like with farming ...doesn't nuits cause salt build up nd create a crap home for the plant?
 
That's chemical nutrients. There's bottled nutrients that's strictly organic. But still, it's broken down so what's the use for tea?
 
The two new organic growers to to read up on it.

There is more to it than buying a "tea" . you have to make it. It feeds the microbes. Microbes need organic amendments to feed on.
 
Is it possible for me to top dress ffof when it runs out & add aact to it?

Thanks boss I don't need to read I've been all over that thread I was just curious on that question too seeing I know a guy who used lIquid bone meal a "organic" extract or whatever an he has the same exact soil as me and says it does only beneficial to his micro biology I disagreed that's why I didn't add it but his plants out grew mine so now I'm wondering
