do psych. mushrooms lose potency over time?

one of my friends that use to deal mushrooms, found some extra shrooms when she was moving. well she had a going away party, and gave them to me. my guess is they're a couple, maybe 3 yrs old. are they still good?

Should be. I had 1yr old work fine. Try it, can't be bad. Unless they are another kind of mushroom.

Nothing wrong with them and unless they have been in the light and heat they will work just fine. The won't "get infected".

What's this honestly shit? You have no idea what you are talking about. INFECTED? By what? They have been dried for 3 years. Are all the posts you have made in the short time you have been here this worthless?

I'd go with the tea idea, shrooms absorb moisture from the air with great ease, and if its moist, shit lives on it.

tea it is, not there's not mold on it, they've just been in a plastic bag, stored away for a while. def out of lights reach
