I said goddamn that's great advice, as far as cutting my mistake, chopped fan lettuce where do I cut the leaves off closest to the main stem?

Good as new, kinda. Mother nature would have dropped those leaves anyway to focus on the new growth, you just helped the process along.

Didn't see your earlier post. I cut them off close to the main stem. If they have a bulge on the main stem where the stems connect, I cut close to that. As long as there is not stem hanging off you should be fine.

It may help to put a layer of soil over the rockwool cube to prevent any issues / keep moisture. I am not too familiar with rockwool, so this may be over worrying on my part.

Next time it needs water, just give it pHed water. Let them dry again after that and then they can probably handle low PPM food. In a week you should see a decent bounce back with growth starting to take off, in my experience. The fact that they are still standing means a lot, the best thing to do is make sure it has what it needs and leave it alone.

Thanks, yeah i think thats a good idea the top of the cube is dry but the soil around it isn't I have some Kellogg organic soil for pots should I top it off with that or just use regular top soil withouth nutrients.

Any recommendations for a ppm tester?
I have a Ph test kit for my aquarium so its what i used to check the water out of my RO unit its pretty accurate not the strips its chemical drops.
