hey i just wanted to no if u could use these lights to grow im not planing to i just wanted to know thanks

yes but you will want larger watts. 26watt or 42watts work good.

and is a 46 watts good for 1 plant or do i need 3 46watts for one plant
and do u no the running cost sorry to bust balls

I changed out my whole house to CFL's about 2 years ago and saw a noticeable $$ difference the first month.

use nothing less than 42w or =150= and youll be fine 2 -3 per plant keep plants small
hay randy nice setup look good need more light and put that co2 above the plants c02 weighs more than 02 or get a fan to push the air up to the canopy

13 watts is the lowest wattage CFL bulb you want to use. Below that efficiency dips, so your bulbs are good, but you'll need plenty more to grow large plants.
