Do these look ok?

I have 3 bubble cheese and 2 blue cheese on the go, ive taken a few photos to show. they are at day 23 of flowering.
Soil grown with perlite.
height: from 17inches to 24inches
light: 400w MH
fan for ventilation
light cycle: 12/12
food: Organic tomato food

I cant help but think they should be further than what they are, any tips and advice would be greatly appriciated, thanks.

Yeh using the mh for flowering as it's the only main light I have, I do have 2 small 30w flo lights on aswell but not worth mentioning lol

ive borrowed the MH from a friend just to get started, who has grown through veg and flowering with this light. he only grew small though which is the opposite to what im after lol what flowering light do you suggest?
