do these plants look healthy?

They definitely look a little stressed if that's what you're wondering. Like you might need to raise your light a little or something. But that's me.

About 1 week ago today I was trying to super crop and I was pinching the stems with my hand and kept rolling it around in my fingers as hard as I could cause the stem was tough until it was soft and it would lay over on a 90degree angle and since then the growth has been weird really light in colour slow and after the stems of the fan leaves went red and they were curled and hard as a rock

What are your temps? What are you feeding her? Are you in soil?

Temps inside are 25c to 28c humidity at night 40 during the day 55 the soil im using is mycorrhiza high porosity growing medium I water with RO water and I use the 3 part holland secrets liquid nutrients and I’ve been adding some wholesome organic molasses as well to the water every other watering or so always water until run off their in 3 gallon fabric pots and I’m about a week and a few days before I hit 2months of veg time to switch to flower ph is 6 to 6.5 range I change it up all the time

I'm not a soil guy so I won't be much help. First thing you'll wanna do is test your soil pH by doing a slurry test tho. I'm sure some soil growers will chime in.

Hmm, nothing too bad to worry about I don't think. If I had to guess possibly over watering a little bit maybe, not allowing enough recovery time after the pinching/bending, or maybe a little light on nitrogen possibly... Also maybe need a little more light? They look like the kind of plant that's really going to take off in flowering...

That’s what I thought cause I did water twice with just molasses and ro water ph’d it is a 1000watt led and I do have 3 plants could be a light issue?

Try raising your light a few inches. If that's the issue they'll perk back up in a day or 2. Won't hurt to try.

How far above the canopy does the manufacturer say to keep the light?
Says for best results I’ll need to keep it 16 “ to 22” from canopy but I even think that’s to close plus that means the light is more focused on one area rather then more distributed around the tent

I think that's how close they should be when flowering but idk enough about LEDs. They don't necessarily need as much light when they're vegging. I keep my 400w mh no closer than 24-30 inches in veg. Any closer and they droop like yours is doing. In flower the buds will sometimes be as close as 18 inches from my 1000w hps and they love it.

Okay thanks! I’ll keep that in mind and not sure how much of an effect this is when I did take the pic that was 1hr from being awake they do have abit more perk happening now that they have been awake longer

Ahhhhh they just woke up! Yeah most time they droop in the dark. They'll even start drooping an hour or 2 before lights out. But good luck man. It looks healthy and happy to me.
