do these trichomes look cloudy or clear to you?

over 12 weeks in flower and still i can find no amber coloer to any trichomes. heck since this is my first grow, i cant even tell if these are clear or cloudy? what do you guys think?

Still kinda hard to see even with the close up, but they look cloudy to me. They seem to have the white color. Clear is clear..

Radio Shack sells a mini microscope for around 12.00. You need magnification to read the trichs, naked eye wont be accurate.

i agree with kmo. i got the radio shack microscope.. it looks almost identical to the 420scope, and half the price. works killer.. or you can get a 30x jewlers loupe online for under $10, and these also work great.. it is almost impossible to get a good read on trics just using the naked eye..
one last good method to use is with a digital camera.. just see if it has a macro setting, and this can also be used with great affect to check out the trics.. i have seen some great pix taken with the macro setting on a cheap digital camera..

they look cloudy/amber to me, if i didnt have a scope i would cut it, plus if its more on the sativa side you want more cloudy than amber.

thanks ...even a broken clock is right twice a day i guess...lol..i made quite a few mistakes but she is pulling thru...she has a couple spider mites and i dont want to spray anything at this point so i am hoping the ladybugs will keep them at bay long enough to finish. ill scrape up some funds and get the scope i suppose.
