I'm not sure but is something eating your leaves in the first pic?

You should give some more details like:
What are they planted in? soil? pot size?
How old are they in days from seed or cut?
Are you feeding them anything? (edit i see you sid 1/4 str big bloom)
Lighting details? if not indoor, what sort of climate are they in?
strains?

Ww x big bud , Delahaze, money maker, all female 2 regular afghan #1. Led 400 wat full spec. 2 shit Floris. Temps 77-79 lights on 74-76 lights off humid 40 %
 
I'm using organic mix with 40% perlite. Fffert. 5 gallon pots. And afgan #1 earoponic roots look great.

they look pretty great man, as the other guy said, the plant in the second photo is a little small and pale and could probably go with a tiny bit stronger feeding next time but they look pretty good at this stage nice job
 
Can someone tell me a little about a ppm meter? I'm not sure how to use it. I measured my water it reads 200 ppm if I need it at 400 ppm with fertilizer. Do I take it to 600 or include to 200 ppm to make it 400¿ does this make sense?
