How much does a plant eat in a day in PPM? Mid veg, just looking for an average.

Mine are about 5 to 7 inches tall, and I'm @ 400, should I go up?

Go up in small increments untill you see some indication that the plant is not liking it. Nute burn can manifest itself in many ways so just watch the leave and the plant will talk to ya. so LISTEN to it!
