Do they stand a chance

So, I decided to pick up some clones today from a unreputable clone dealer. To add to my collection. They are said to be white widow, seem to be dark leafed and had a pretty solid root system going. They are however skinny, small and the leaves curled on one(I also caught part of the leaf n it ripped). They were brought to me, so likely that was caused prior to getting, I hope. Left them out in direct sunlight when i got home. I have picture, I did build sun shades for both plants. Just didnt like the idea of constantly moving them since I work all day, and this week was suppose to be 20° cooler than normal around 80° july23rd.. Seemed right. Did i plant them to early? Will they make it with the sunshade?

I would shade them anyway. Make sure they get hardened from slowly getting them into the full sun. Not sure where you are at, but they will need to get a bit bigger before flower time.

I'd put like an inch of compost or mulch around the bottom to protect the roots from heat or dryness but shade can't hurt cause most growth is gonna be rooting for several days.

Alright so I'm a few days away from being a full week "hardening". Tuesday night will be 1 full week. I'm exposing them to probably to much sunlight today, as im off work and around. By Wednesday morning do you think they will be ready for full sunlight exposure? Or should I maybe be easy on them another few days after, they seem to be doing alright
