I believe we've evolved a lot over thousands of years... but people have more than likely always imagined things.

I've seen them on a Space A flight from Yokota AFB, Japan to Travis AFB, California aboard a C141. Everybody on that flight took pictures and we watched them for hours until sunrise caught up. Huge green disks of variety of sizes judged to be 10-12 nmi away occupied all points of the horizon illuminating the Pacific night except for the eastward flight path. Our flight was diverted to Anchorage, Alaska because of it. It wouldn't surprise me the Air Force had SP and OSI agents secured those cameras, film as soon as we landed on T.A.F.B. CA and issued a gag to all personnel on that flight.
It was marveling experience. The immensity of each those disks over the vase ocean is really daunting every time I recall clearly from memory.
btw I think this is the first time I've talked about this outside of the family dinner table.

How many people on the flight took this approach to the sightings? And how many people thought it may have just been a military exercise that was necessary to be kept secret for defence purposes?
Everyone may have gone along with the theme of the moment whilst on the flight but sceptical ones would definitely have thought it over and may have come to a different assumption.
What I'm really trying to say is that, that doesn't really prove anything. But hey... this is an opinionated topic and everyone's entitled to their own.

you do realize how immense the forces on this planet are right? now how about the universe? in retrospect the way you describe it makes it seem as if what we have been seeing are not so much "crafts" but universal phenomenon much like the northern lights, perhaps these spots are other dimensions imposing on our universe resulting in these light shows(the constant shifting between the dimension would explain the movement too). honestly since no one has been able to get close to one to investigate we may never know.
if u think that abduction is BS how u explain nano chips implanted in abducted ppl in places that specialty doctors r saying that they would have to kill a patient to place chip in that place in his body , and its impossible also to remove it without killing a patient, medicine as we know it can't explain that , , i don't know myself whats out there but it would be stupid if we would be alone in universe , with billions of star systems , why it's so hard to believe to some ppl that we r been visited in past or even now , just think how our civilization technologically moved forward in past 50 years alone , just think where we going to be in next 100 or a 1000 years as a civilization , what if there is out there civilization billion years old , u newer know and they so advanced that for them traveling vast distances like from one solar system to another or even from one galactic to another i a common normal thing because they master the worm whole technology , u guys know what they saying , opinions r like assholes , everybody have one ,

Yes, I have seen an "orb" of light. I was camping on a beach at night, looking up towards land. My buddy and I both noticed it and thought it was a flare someone had set off. We both watched it for a few minutes but were instantly terrified when the light dropped below the treeline (between the trees and water) and we realized this light was less than 150 feet away. It was glowing dimly almost like a big candle, and eventually faded out. This was near Tofino, BC on a unoccupied island. We were sober.
When I was younger, my mom and sister woke me up in the middle of the night in a panic. All three of us saw a few bright objects in the sky darting left-right, up-down at speeds not possible from any man made object. They seemed to be synchronized together and had to of been covering 30-50 MILES in a second, moving thousands of miles per hour, stopping and starting instantly. The messed up thing was the colours of light were red, green, and white like most planes' navigation lights.

What about that thing that happened at California in 1942? They kept shooting at it but couldn't bring it down and then the government said it was a balloon? I only read the Wiki after seeing it on a TV show, thought it was complete bullshit because I've never believed any of those crazy people but I couldn't find any stories that disproved it never happened. The picture is very low quality but seeing all those bombs hitting this ball of light and not going down was weird to me, think the light was more because of the spotlight they had on it because it happened at night. That has been the only time I believed in the picture of a UFO, the rest you just can't really tell if they're fake or not.
