it's relative to temp of course, but bellow 50% during veg with temps higher than 75F will probably start to burn tips...though differences between strains should be accounted.
during flower youll want to maintain aroun 30-40% humidity. the temp is really up to you tho. higher temps (not to exceed 85F) will cause faster growth and looser buds, cooler temps (not to drop bellow 68F) growth is slower and denser.
At this point it doesnt really matter if your tips are burning, just ignore it unless it really start to look like a problem..
your main objective should always be to avoid fluctuations if at all possible...the more consistent the better, and remember: between different variations and strains you will have an incredible range of adaptation.
