Do you need a card in Colorado ?

Do you need a card in Colorado ? I have a workshop there in Oct.I wanted to visit the shops.

You don't need one but rec stores arent open yet and wont be opening in a lot of places:
retail marijuana has been banned in Colorado Springs, Blanca, Calhan, Del Norte, Castle Rock, Fountain, Palmer Lake, Green Mountain Falls, Monument, and Woodland Park. Pueblo established a moratorium.
El Paso, Rio Grande, Alamosa, Las Animas, Baca, Prowers, Bent, Crowley, Kiowa, Lincoln, Cheyenne, Otero, Custer and Fremont counties have banned recreational marijuana sales.

Sorry man, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I dont think anything will be straightened out by October. Make some friends!

Oh That sucks.Guess I will give you a call when I get there. lol. thanks for the info.

Recreation Mj has passed so anyone over 21 can possess it now (even if your from another state just visiting)but to be able to buy it your gonna need a med card cause most areas vetoed on the sales part of the recreational deal . To get a med card your gonna need a Colorado state id . They do have smoke lounges you can go to I think( bring your own smoke though)

Club 710 in the Springs has different nights..
I.e. Hot Wax Saturdays..

You can pay a monthly fee or I think it's 15$ to get in..

There is also the Lion's Den.. Haven't heard much about them yet though.

A large portion of our population is Cannabis Friendly, so making friends should be easy.
