does anyone else get panic attacks?

sometimes i get panic attacks but i learned just to kick back and chill and poof they leave quickly.

mind over matter for sure....

I do sometimes - got SLIGHTLY paranoid last night, y'know when yer lying in bed and you feel stimulation on various parts of your upper body which move around the chest and head whilst tripping? Well I was starting to worry about my heart rate which didn't help (didn't make it BAD, but it wasn't a great feeling y'know...)
