perfume bottles and dissedent, or rice, inside of the fridge... google dealers of small perfume bottles.. i forget the size, but you want the small ones, like the ones they use for free perfume samples, they work great... then you can use like a small tackle box or something similar to keep them in..

I use hose perfume bottles he talked about(I'll try to give you a link later) but I take it a step further.
I put the seeds in the bottles, then I sink them into a Tupperware dish filled with rice. Store in fridge until needed.

I have had then germ after 7 yrs. using this method.

To keep different types and crops of seeds separate, I use the daily reminder things for prescription drugs. I get one from the dollar store with 28 compartments, each with their own lid.

I use something of the same but they are Glass cigar tubes I bought on ebay cheep ,then went to my local cigar shop and the shop owner gave me a couple of cigar boxes good cigars come in, nice cedar boxes that perfectly fit the cigar tubes I bought. put a couple of those silicone absorb packs with then and in to frig.

4 degrees Celsius with little to no humidity will keep seeds viable for a good amount of time within reason drastic temperature change and moisture can affect a seeds viability , then again some seeds are a lot more resistant to stress from environmental changes than others ,,good luck
