does anyone know what these are ?

These were given to me so I dont know what they are. The smaller one by the front matured way faster then the back taller ones.

Any and all comments and or grow tips gratefully welcomed. You will not hurt my feelings at all. This is my first grow and I know little and would love to learn as much as I can.

Do know one thing though....will prune my plants next time while they are vegging!
