Does it affect the the plant when you leave the stem of the leaf. Reason i ask is because i use

Glad to hear. Just a retort here. And a poor way of saying our way is not the way for many.

I'll stick to scissors at harvest. Easier to grab a clean set from the acetone jar than wash your hand every branch. And gloves just bother me. I grow past maturity for amber to make hash. Way sticky mess. LOL.
Im good with gloves. Thrifty ya know. One or two pair a day. Not half a box like my grass monkeys! The hash comes off soo easy from gloves, you can make a large ball with out removing your finger prints. The boys cant believe I give my glove hash to them.
Ill make a video of my big leafing technique in a few weeks when first dep is down. Scissors are slower and even with chikamasa's can cause hand fatigue.

My son always pockets his gloves on the sly like he's getting away with something.

How much does he weigh? Mine hasn't been on a scale for about a year, but he was over 70 pounds then and has bulked up a bunch after hitting 2 years old.
Was 112#'s a couple days ago. Just started bulking at 2 and a half. Hoping he quits soon. Already to strong and stubborn.

Last year it was not rippers but deer eating my lower branches. Like goats stem and all. They went under the fence. Mistakenly I had always thought no animal likes flowering cannabis.
I collected hair trimmings from a stylist I knew to spread on my wild stealth grows. Kept the critters pretty much at bay.

I did that. Have three dogs. My Mcnab boy with balls still and a houla-heela. One worker brings his dobie a lot. So lots of dog scent and deer chasing. I tried Irish spring bar soap shavings near the plants and along entry points. Resecuring the fence, its only 6 feet tall. Rocks, branches what ever to block crawl points. Even bought cob with molasses a mineral block a hay and alfalfa bale and set it off the side of the garden to have them go there. Game cameras never saw them at feed station only in garden but could never see how they did it to get in. Nice 6 point and his 3 doe harem. Im doing strains that finish 3 weeks earlier in full term, so hopefully they get too terpy, rough and unpleasant before the deer start coming thru. Ever eat a ripe fresh bud? I did many many years ago. Shit burned my gut like hot peppers lol.
