Does keif give you a headache?

I am taking the screen off of my grinder. Every time I smoke keif the high isn't that great and 30 minutes after I smoke it I fall asleep. Makes no sense cause the buzz from the green is really nice.

Anyone else?

I love keif highs, its such a head rush and then im good and stoned for an hour. Never ever gotten a headache from it though.

Yeah man kief is really good, ive never gotten a headache from it. Depending on the strain you smoke though, the THC might be more in the plant material rather than the actual trichomes. There are plenty of strains out there that aren't super frosty like white widow but still pack a super high.

The only thing I can recommend is maybe adding a little green in with it to help out. As I said before some strains create resin with lower THC percentages yet the actual bud is potent as hell.

Some people look for high quality, less resinous strains because trichomes are harsher to smoke.

I just figured I was always over dosing in the sense that I was smoking way more keif than nececary. I dont enjoy it at all, I just smoked some fresh green and the high is so much better. I think I am done with the kief screen for good. Different strokes I guess.
