Looks healthy but stretched from not enough light the cfl's are good for the 1st week and a half but after that you need at least a 400 watter I like my lumateks.

I personaly veg with cfls, and for flowering my 600 watts hps

Try to keep those lights like 2 inches from tops, u also need more lights, with cfls u can get them really close like 1 or 2 inches away from tops. Or insted get a 400 watts hps. They are cheap maybe like a hundred dollars. If not those buds ain't gonna develop right. U will be a little disappointed with the end product if u dont get at least 300 watts per plant with cfls, been there done that!!! Lool. Thats why i invested in the 600 hps and i dont regret!! Needs more light and I'd get some high nitrogen nutrients while in veg.

What type of soil are you using? Potting soil, outside soil, moss, or combination? Looks like you had a light issue. Looks to me if you want them to flourish more add a few finger pinches of crushed limestone around the entire edge of pots. You should notice a nice green up. How often are you watering? Be sure to not over water!! What type of nutrients/food are you using?
Looks like you are using a type of potting soil. The update pic looks pretty good.
