I picked up a gallon and all it had was a screw cap, no foil seal. Is that correct? Also, how long would it take for a plant to have adverse effects from a foliar spray? I misted the lower leaves with .6ml to .25 gal. water. I figure if everything looks cool I'll spray the whole thing.
