Yes. Raise the soil level and bring your light down closer.

She need more light it is to dark that why she get so tall... Put it in bigger pot with more soil and you will solve the problem, I got the same problem but now I'm into flowering stage and my girls are beautiful

Replant em, bury those stems until just the coty leaves are above dirt, and then as suggested more light.
