Does soil ppm count toward total feed

When calculating required ec of water and nutes for each stage of growth, does the existing soil (canna terra professional) count towards my total ppm feeding the plant or does the soil ppm dissipate rather quick?

Thanks heaps

Soil nutrients eventually are eaten up by the plant ofc, let the plant tell you, if you have acces to her daily, just wait to her asking for nutes, they do, at veg they can turn from dark green to yellow green and you can see how the overal leafs/canopy dosen't looks happy, can even go yellow, don't scare if there are dead leafs, much better to let her ask for feed than feed her with no sense, late in mid flowering feed her some PK, if is a fast strain (auto, indica, etc) you can feed some PK a little early in flowering, each strain is different, this why I like soil with at least 30% coco in there with strains that I don'k know, if you need to water more often is more easy to have all under control.

peace.

ABSOLUTELY, burned a few plants in my early days because i didn't take my soil existing nutes into consideration.

A good supersoil will feed until the flower or about 3 months. Then you have to add a little bloom fertilizer. A little.
