Check the ratings on the seller.

It does look legit but if you want warranty purchase from a grow shop. The price might be a 100$ more.

It looks pretty low end.. I purchased some of those cheap cool tubes... The reflector is crap..... Then sockets are very cheap and the wire nuts insied are not loacated in the best spot so they can melt (had it happen). I woud save some money and purchase a little better cool tube and ballast... there are some cheaper cool tubes than then hydrfarm cooltubes .... Norcal Rocks on Ebay sells them.. I have purchased quite a few.. Hope it helps
