Not sure what’s wrong but it’s not revegging. That looks different — weird smooth-edged single leaflets and such.

The fact some leaves appear to only have 3 leaflets isn’t unheard of. I had a plant do that and turned out fine. Now her progeny don’t have that trait. The leaves look like they may have some sort of slight nutrient deficiency but it may just be the light.
