New weed grower

This plant started out weird to begin with, it had 3 cotyledons. It supposed to be done in the next week or 2 but I can clearly see that's not going to happen. She was supposed to be quicker than another one I've growing beside her but the other one has much bigger buds already and the pistils looked all fluffy and soft. These ones look hard and not like anything I'm seeing on here.
