Yep, those are pollen sacks, get rid of the plant ASAP.

No so bin it ASAP because when that pollen burst all over your grow room you have one big problem as pollen lasts for many years and will seed many future crops and so you need to disinfect your grow area. Your call.

Thanks. These were clones. My last 2 batches seeded up on me. I didn't know you can catch them in veg. I bleached and cleaned my flowering room but I didn't bleach down my veg room.
