Can u please tell me if it makes the same effect as a effective fim in turning the plant not so tall and the colas +- at same height plus more bushy ?

Yes same effect.
Fimming just has new growth starting from where it was pinched, in this case it looks like you pinched it a bit too low.
Fimming should make it look like cutting the heart off of a head of romaine lettuce.... Little half leaves are left.
It should still stunt the height and encourage side growth. It seems to me plants can only be fimmed in a few hour window every couple days, otherwise you can only top.
I only fim by accident or by pure luck (timing)

Yea. All 4 of those should grow at the same height.
In order to keep it short and bushy you would want to LST. Pull down the branches and tie them to the pot so it stays low to the ground.
Just curious why you say 4, are you counting the two below the topped. Does that now become a main cola also. Not questioning you at all, just asking, if you don't ask you never find out is all.

Fimming and topping promote growth at the lower sites...so yes, those lowers will become mains...you can continue to LST so they can continue to get more light and keep growing.

Yea no shit sherlock which will come up at the same rate as the others. Hence 4 main colas.
