Dog Eats Leaves?

My dog LOVES to eat leaves? He gets so excited when i go into my room and will try to eat leaves off of the plants. Yesterday i pulled one off to let him smell it, thinking that would be the end of this strange facination- wrong, he gobbled it right up and wanted more?

How strange is this?

My dog eat the leaves off my plants so much, I have to keep an eye on him or he will eat the whole plant. He even likes chilling in the grow room and if I can't find him, I know just where to look. I go into the grow room and there he is usually there sleeping amongst the plants.

LOL. The dogs name is Captain Awesome, but i like Pigtard a lot!

I honestly think if i had steak in one hand and a fan leaf in the other he would choose the latter.

I have been reading that there really is no harm caused by this...its his choice, i am not forcing him to do anything.

yea dogs are all different just like ppl, one of my neighbors dogs, loved to rip grass outta the ground and eat it, she'd do it all the time, and a separate dog i knew of would go back to there owners pond rip up a cat tail and just lay down and munch on it, animals are rele funny, and hell i dnt blame ur dog, i had a fan leaf salad one time and it was pretty damn tasty, the only thing i didnt like were the tiny rough hairs on the underside of the leaves

Dogs eat grass to make themselves throw up when they are not feeling well.
