Doing small grow to produce seeds.

I have a flower room that is sealed and uses a carbon filter. I have a separate bare bones room (not sealed, no scrubber) that I have two girls with a male in that room. The male looks like a banana tree right now but I don't think it has started to nut yet as I don't see any pollen released yet. Since that basic room as no nothing other than a light and a home made ebb and flow, the girls are starting to stink.
Once the pollen drops and I remove the male, how long until the pollen dies on the females? I need to put them into the flower room soon due to the smell but don't want to contaminate the other girls. I have been following proper personal decontamination before entering the flower room so pollen doesn't ride in on my.
I know water kills pollen on contact. Should I dip the girls in in the res, put them in front of a fan to dry and them move into the flower room and hope I don't get mold?

after you have made sure the girls are pollinated ,( i wold even shake the male over the females to let the pollen get every where on the girls) mist them down with water this will kill any left over pollen

Thanks! The male is huge compared to the girls. I have nana branches lst'd over the girls and have been shaking them each night. I haven't seen pollen falling yet but the size of the nanas it has got to be close.

Don't shake the male or you'll have to mist yourself too! Can you pick up the female and bang them together?

I shower and change clothes every morning. I check the flower room first, then the other room and do not return to the flower room until the next day. By then I have showered and changed clothes. Due to the male being present, I DO NOT GO BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE ROOMS.
When the pollination is complete, I will remove the male and spray down the girls but will not move them until the next day. I will be clean and the pollen should be dead. I had a seed grow by accident once (I missed a male) but am now trying to do a controlled seed grow to keep a good seed supply.
Funny thing is a few days ago a friend gave me some bag seeds she was collecting. It was a crown royal bag full of them! I figure half will be cracked or will crumble when rolled between the fingers but damn, I have a lot of seeds now. She only kept seeds from good stone bags so I need to teach her how to tell if a seed is good or not before saving. I also told her she must be getting a lot of crappy weed for that many seeds. It was about a two year collection.

lol don't make me stalk you man ! =) I think it's interesting what you are doing. Things I think about a lot, but not capable to try such things at this time. So I like seeing all these mad scientist things happening out side of growing and budding

bongsmilie The male was dumping pollen tonight when I shook them. It was a little dust cloud and I hope the gals were far enough to get knocked up.

It should be more like 4 to 6 weeks for a seed crop.

I enjoy seeing people who produce their own seeds, instead of being beholden to some seed house where you never know what you're actually getting.

You go Harry!

Today was the last day for the male. Cut it down and shook the hell out of it over the ladies and dust was flying.
I cut some of the large bunches and am going to keep them in a zippy that is open so they dry and continue to pop. Then I am going to zip it and bang the hell out of it to see how much pollen I can keep in the in the zippy.
In a day or so, I will move them to the proper room.

OK, for the life of my I can't find my digital camera (I have three!) so here is crappy cell pics with the META DATA STRIPPED. I tweaked the focus a little with an editor.
Do these look like young pregnant momma buds making seeds, or did they both turn into late showing males? I need to move them into the proper room as I need by veg. area back.
