Doktor Doom Pyrethrum Fogger - Phytotoxic?

I've heard Doktor Doom Pyrethrum Fogger will fuck your dope up if you use it even with the slightest amount of light on your plants. Not due to light magnification but rather due to its ingredients having phytotoxic properties. I've used it with the lights on [indirect] before knowing this and noticed no adverse effects. I won't do that again just to be safe. But I'm still wanting to know what other growers' thoughts and experiences are on this subject.

If it is phytotoxic, how phytotoxic? And what toxic effects would occur?

Idk... i always use that soon as light off so fan is off too
