done with week one of flowering, training the flower??

lst was great for veg, i even added a screen on top. this is an indoor grow with limited room, and i understand during flowering the plant will stretch. is there anyway i can train the main shoot down, so it doesnt grow into the light? in a few days it will be touching the light.vvvvvpicturesvvvvv

I had the same problem and I just tied them down, the red lines are the stems. I am very pleased with the results.

Tie it down i just had to do the same no problems
