IT turns certain marijuana misdemeanors into infractions, and offers more drug rehab for non violent offenders, and will include kids now...the no on 5 commercials are calling it the drug dealers bill of rights...

Nov 4th like everyone else...its no big deal though really, we already have medical marijuana, so we can already grow and posses legally

I'm voting for it as well. Interesting though, isn't it, that the police agencies are against it? Hell ya ... the more marijuana users they can throw in jail, the more overtime they get and the more prisons they can build.

I can hardly wait until Obama turns our entire medical system over to people who think like that.
