I have one plant doing this. Outdoor, soil the other two plants are in the same type pot same exact soil same nutrients.

Not knowing anything specific about your grow... I'm going with fungus. Look up Leaf Septoria. Obviously you have nute issues to with what appears to be a lockout but which one is yet to be determined with no additional info on your grow.

id say calmag and ph fluctuations. So the fluctuations could be causing a lockout even if you are feeding calmag you get the symptoms. I’d start ph’ing the water.

Get some more potassium in there, diseased plants need more K or they will die.
