Dr. Chronic did not pull through for me, I placed two orders mid February and have yet to receive any seeds.

I've heard mixed reviews, but a majority (prolly 80%) of what I've seen has been positive. I live in the States and I used my debit card twice to order seeds from them. Got them in about 7-10 days from the order date. Thumbs up for Dr. C from me.
