i've dealt with the doc for a very long time. The reality is for many american citizens your seeds are confiscated. They are illegal under US Federal Law and the alleged War on Pot, i mean War on Drugs (mostly pot arrests from recent data)... and as shitty as it is, part of your order agreement is that the seeds are purchased at your own risk. Its unfortunate, but it does happen. Same with germination, alot of these seed shops stay legal because they are sold on a 'novelty' basis. But I agree ur beans should of popped, however, who knows what they were subjected to during shipping. The doc has made me a beautiful garden previously lol, but I do get beans that won't pop, bad batches happen.. I do feel for ya tho, its alot of hard earned cash down the shitter.. The doc is located in the UK.

However, I should also mention, the packing is pretty stealth. Selling seeds to the United States is dangerous for sellers, as they could face lifetime imprisonment through extradition, don't believe me.. its happening. Marc Emery is one such canadian on trial for that reason. Funny thing, his seeds are used still in medical dispensaries all over Cali.
California = supports his work, and the fruits of his labour are used as medicine.

who are you the internet police.marc emery got his self busted by openly encouraging u.s. citizens to grow weedin thier parks and willdlife reserves. its kind of like marching washington for legalizing marijuana, and have agarden in your house, stupid, real stupid.
No i'm just sharing knowledge, and heeding a warning. Marc Emery's extradition surrounds the sale of cannabis seeds. Not his open encouragement, as this falls under FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
There's ditch weed growing all over the US, the low number of people who will actually throw their expensive seeds into a forest, pose a minor threat when compared to commercial growers... Emery encourages the world to over grow their governments, in both literal / non-literal terms (i.e. protest)...
He's an activist that many of us owe a thank you to. Regardless.. back to the topic..
the uk post has lost a bunch of my mail, before delivery to destination, no probs with doc as of yet.. currently i have a mail order in the uk not for the doc, but on an unrelated matter.. it arrived there aug 3.. and guess what.. has not been confirmed as delivered.. i'm starting to think its the post system.

i definatey believe in freedom of speech, but if you know yuor doing somethin that mite get you some time in prison you dont go pretesting it for it and hav a big garden in your house , i am sayin if your smart youll stay low key like these guys .we want to keep wat we got going ,hel we dont wat to advertise it on the streets.There is not one country i know of you can, even if they allow seeds shoppes there, and thank God for these shops.REad thier disclaimer, thier jusy covering thier ass real good.i bot from marc for years before , and hes one in a million, but he had a good deal goin for himsef, just shood have been lowkey like us.
but to say they cood go to prison for selling seeds is way out of lline here. we in the u.s. appreciate wat these shop do for us, dont encourage otherwise.

i been installing shit , oredering eqip, cutting opening for vent( my dad shit wen he saw it) built 4ft by 4ft planter box for 12 3 and a half gal. bukets. etc. gonna keep my 600 watt in the closet, got ideas for sep rooms good luk, glad to see you happy and getting your green thumb greener. believe it or not, i own a land scaping business for years. lets just say i have a nak for it.
