Been Growing for a while now. Nice CFL setup 12 26 watt 2500K CFL's and 12 26 watt 6500K CFL's along with four 4 ft floro tubes, a good reflector. etc.. Im pushing more than 800 watts of light for a 2 by 4 ft area .. lol.
Lately I battle water stress. I can never seem to get my medium right.
I mix sand perlite and potting soil. I mix straight potting soil 1 part soil to 1 part sand. Ive tried it all. I have six babies all suffering atm. I water once every 10 days!!! For now they are in half gallon containers, about 1 month old and at about 4 leave sets. Cam is f00ked sorry. I will transplant into 5 gallon buckets after i sex them, any suggestions on medium type? When I do water I add some H20 for 02. Also I use fish tank pumps and run the tubes to the bottom of the container for oxygen. (maybe a waste of time, not sure.)
Lately I am thinking my container choice sucks? or when Im watering im drowning the f00kers. I dunno never had this prob before. Leaf droopage is real bad at this point. Im just gonna let em go, watch em.
