Dreaded lighting saga

Building a 4x8, I already was using 1000w DE-HPS
Do I buy another DE-HPS or DIY a cob setup, shit do I go LED,LEP,LEC ? Lol , I'm growing outdoor this run till I build the new room
Some input would be greatly appreciated

I love growing under LED but you don't state a motivation for changing from HPS.

Not exactly looking for a change my 1000w is an open hood I definitely need to get a cooled hood if I'm keeping it but I was looking into lighting up the other 4x4 side of the new room
I recently had a 5x5 lit with the 1000w DE-HPS
Building a 4x8 possibly 5x8 but always looking for more efficiency
