Kinda curious the answer too, havent ever seen anything like that.............. You might give some info about your grow room though *cough*.

ARE YOU USING?

SOIL:
How long has this problem been going on?
What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now?
Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller plant? If not, what mixture were they in before?
How Tall are the plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What brand Nutrient's are you using?
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
How often are you feeding?
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb are you using?
How old is your bulbs?
What is the distance to the canopy?
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)
What is the canopy temperature?
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ?
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap?(Only if you have a tds pen)
If using RO,Distilled, mineral water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS without any additives?(Only if you have a tds pen)
Are you using water from a water softener?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's?

What is the pH of the "Tank"?
How often are you testing your pH/PPM/EC/TDS?
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equipment?
When was your last watering?
What is your water temps?
When was your last feeding change? (ie. grow-bloom-micro-additional)
How often do you clean your system: example: Flush out water replace with clean water and nutrients?
What size bulb are you using?
How old is the bulbs you are using?

Some possibilities might be long-term nutrient burn, partial root binding and/or the light isn't reaching far enough. It definately could be some combination of these as well.

I would lean towards slight but long-term nutrient burn in addition to the light not reaching far enough. Plants need enough light to make use of nutrients so areas without as much light are more susceptible to burn.

by the looks of the pics, the light is not penetrating the canopy. I had 20 plants that size stuffed into a closet and all of the bottoms of the plants looked like that because the leaves underneath were not getting light.

I have the exact same issue. It's light isnt getting deep enough. I pluck the leaves off when they let me with just a slight tug. If I did not, my bottoms would look just like that. Don't worry about them, just pluck them so they don't get moldy.

Interesting....... I've never seen it on any plant with 1000watters but then again thats all I've ever used........... So the fix would be to add more light above under wherever, or veg the plant less next time. Thanks for teaching me something today! :)

ok this is just what i see

excessive nitrogen diffeiceincy (thats the yellow and the droop)

not nearly enough light, not enough light by 1/3. which can be told multiple ways
1. all your branches go straight up. (light seeking behavior)
2. your nodes are too far apart. (streatching for light)
3. you sub nodes are INCHES apart. INCHES. they should be less than cm apart.
4. your primary and secondary branches are way the fuck too long. (learn how to clone)

Sometimes if yoy let them stay on to long (like I have done with a bunch of the leaves) they dry stick to the plant an it wont let the stem go and because its already weak, you run the risk of breaking the branch trying to just tug them off, so be careful, some of those look pretty old.

Ill try not to overanalyze here.

simplest answer: multiple conditions not right.

simplest directions:

1. Prune all the dead/tired shit outta there.
2. Repot into a bigger container with new soil, dont cheap out on soil. (Check roots for rootbound issues, etc, or post here.)
3. Chill on nutes, let good soil do its job.
4. Feed balanced water.
5. Get more/better light.
6. Maintain 63-78F temps, nothin more than a 15F swing with lights off.

Basic, but should fix your little problem here with very little time, effort and money(considering the reward)
