Drip ring filter

I am having some real problems with my drip rings getting clogged, using organic nutes.
Was thinking a filter would def help the problem. I have been looking on like and cant really find anything that would work for a pump to ring setup.
I wounder if a fuel filter would work?
Any suggestions?

Nice set up. Poke bigger holes in it.

I was thinking of that. I dont want to go to big and have water just coming out of one hole.

I was thinking a non metal filter like the pic below.

It will just get clogged. I am using waterfarm drip ring kits, and homemade driprings too. I put a 1/8in or so hole in the ones I made. I run buckets similar to hydrofarms but have a fish pump flowing water out of the drip rings, 5-7 holes. Then I am running the air pumps with airstones in the water. Plants are loving it.

I like the drip rings cause you can run any nute through them. If the holes are to big just make another drip ring.
