I checked on my plants at about 10:00 AM this morning...
Came back at 2:00 and found one of my plants looking horrible..
the plant is 25 days old, the leaves are all drooping, The only assumption i have is that i over watered.. but all plants have the same amount of water and light.

Can anyone give me advice to save my plant ???

Thanks,
-Artis
ps. sorry for the poor quality of the picture.

Where's the droop? That looks like it is standing straight up.

Thanks for all the advice.. if this is infact phosphorus deficiency how do you suggest i go about fixing the problem?

If it is you'd have to get fertilizer or plant food with phosphorus init which almost all have. but just check on the back of the bottle or box for the NPK number (P being phosphorus) e.g. NPK 7-7-7. But give it half the dosage and build it up slowly.
However make sure that you havnt overwatered it first, let it dry a bit.

Grim shit... looks like 3 things.. Too much water. (water every 3-4 days)..to much heat... keep cfls (if using) 5-7" away till they get a grip... or too much nutes..feed only at 3-4th week...start at 1/4 strength...
May be that that is a freak also..
