Droopy babies :(

So my little ladies are about 10 days old, grown in a tent with 118 watts of leds and another 52 watts of 6500k cfl supplementing. No nutes yet, watering every 2 days, 20/4 cycle, temp 70-80, rh 22-50, and ummm that's it? lol this is my first grow, 10 ladies (hopefully) from bagseeds. I woke up this morning and they were so sad looking. Everything up until has gone really smoothly. Save my babies! ha. Thanks for reading and any help is much appreciated. When they are that young, they grow pretty easy under whatever lighting. 99% of the time droopiness would be from overwatering in this case. The tiny root systems are very suseptible to too much wetness. Every 2 days might be good, or it might be too much depending on soil porosity, and environment in the air. The soil should be completely dry in the top 2 inches or so before watering again. Those tiny roots are not drinking a ton yet, so if based on the criteria above you are watering too much, that is most likely your problem. That being said, they don't look horrible, but at this stage I'd like to see a bit more perkiness for sure.

AS stated, looks like overwater, are those cups free draining? also, what kind of light intensity are they getting? it could be high. Perlite is your friend learn it, love it, live it, sleep with it.......... =)

Man y'all are awesome! I figured from all the reading that was the case, but I wanted an excuse to introduce myself. Thank you all for the replys! I really appreciate the support I get here!

they look fine all seedlings look droopy at first but when they grow up theyll get better but before its too late you should definitely split those multiple seed cups up

I mixed the cups 25%perlite 75%soil. should the mix be closer to 50/50? I poked several holes in the sides and one large one in the bottom for drainage. Gonna update with pics tonight.

They look ok, just don't water again until the soil completely dries out and the cups are super light. DO NOT WATER lol, the roots will find the moisture and tell you when the need some more :)

it's a hard knock life for lil seedlings strugglin to make their way into the world...ya 40/50 or 50/50 perlite to soil is best...like they said let them drain and let the soil dry out some...

i couldn't see the perlite. more holes in bottom. like a nursery pot; holes where side wall meets bottom.

Here are some updated pics. Sorry they're so late. The now 9 ladies are looking pretty good. Started them with a 1/4 of grow big 2 days ago. The little one is 1 of 3 jock horrors that i got from nirvana. They germed 3 days ago and are looking very good. Thanks for looking! Any advice is greatly appreciated! Should i wait until i put them into flower and they show? or will they be too big at that point for a 4x6 tent? And the jock horrors are my primary concern. The other 9 are bagseeds i was testing myself with, so i am putting the jocks at risk not knowing the sex of the others? Alot of questions lol thanks again!

Put some holes in your cups to help with the drainage. Dont water until your soil is completely dry. That makes the roots look for water which makes your plant and roots grow. Also only one plant per cup, your gonna want a bigger pot then those cups as well. They will not flourish in that size of cup.

I planned on transplanting to larger pots when they got a little bigger. I have holes in the bottom and sides of the cups. I was thinking a rectangular planter to maximize Mt tent space.

you can keep them in the cups until they are almost as tall as the cups, in the ones that you have multiple sprouts wait about another week and pull out the weakest one in each.

I like the square bottom solo cups! I just nip each corner off and that work great!
