Ok so I just planted 6 different girls germed and kept in RW. They are in waterfarm units with a 110liter gph pump and under 4 40watt fluresants. Im running straight tap water ppm is 140 bubbled for 36 hrs and ph'd to 5.7. I didnt cover the units right away with foil to keep the water dropplets off the leaves but they are now covered. The leaves are looking real saggy as in not sticking straight out as normal. Any suggestions as to what is going on, or would you say the are perfect and just in chill mode LOL. I really think they are fine but just looking for any other opionins. O yea temp is 75 and RH is 55%

ok so what do you do about overwatering in a hydro system maybe Ill turn my pump down so the top drip rind dont put out as much water. Yes that is tinfoil over the top of the hydro it keeps from turning the hydro white and prevents salt build up.

o the taproot being damaged are your refering to the one plant where it looks pretty much dead?? I havent done anything to the tap roots to be damaged but I guess anything can happen :(

do you think it could be because the splash from the water hitting the hydroton was splahing on the leaves of the girls because the new leaves that are coming in are looking pretty good..... or you think its because I left it in the rockwool which I really didnt want to do.

Splash could be the culprit, overwatering can be fix by just feeding less times in a day. I believe the foil covering you hydroton would concetrate too much light on you plant burning them, cover your hydroton with a dark surface. How often do you feed you plants?

havent feed them any nutes yet. Getting ready to give them the first round of floranova grow probably tonight. If your talking about feeding as in running water I never shut it off the system is a diy replica of the gh waterfarm it is a combo of a dwc and top drip system. So the pump runs 24/7

Just wanted to ahoot an update upon switching water to nutes i checked the ppm and it was 998 i believe this was due to the hydrotron not being flushed good enough. So hopefully things will stay good minus the pineapple express plant i flooded by mistake damnit!!!! Imma let it dry out a bit and turm the pump back on and just think the one plant out of the whole group i really wanted to prosper LOL
