droopy leaves help!

i have about 5-6 bagseed plans in a waterfarm, about 3 weeks into vegging. i havent sexed them yet, but one of the plants' leaves droop rather than reach for the light. May be a common question and answer but any help on why this is happening and what there is to help it would be suppper dupppper appreciated

I'm not sure if waterfarm is a hydro setup (paste link to verify) but drooping usually has to do with over/underwatering. Post a pic and it'll be a million times easier for everyone to help you.
