Droopy leaves (NOT overwatered)

So I just recently started growing two bagseed plants on my balcony. I used jiffy peat pellets to start them off and transferred them to 6 inch wide pots after they sprouted. They get an adequate amount of sun each day and the temperature hasn't gone below 45 each night (gets to about 65-80 every day) and I water them every few days once the soil is dry several inches deep. Just recently (3 days ago) i noticed one of the plants started to droop. The other plant is perfectly fine, but does have some discoloration on its fan leaves (a bit yellow). What do I do? PLEASE help me!!!! Pictures attached. Let me know if you need any more information.

See that's the thing though, I move them every afternoon to the other side of the balcony for maximum sunlight. They always switch positions and rotation.

Yeah, I will. I'm supposed to water them today anyway. I just have this feeling there's more to the droopiness than a watering issue
Well I've been growin and lookin at em for over 40 years, but what do I know 8)

depends on the environment but should be no more than a couple hours
Thank you! Do you know what could be the cause of the yellowing/browning of the fan leaves? I heard they may do that in the flowering stage but these gals are only 3 weeks old

Thanks. I just checked on them again. The drooping hasn't changed and I watered them over 2 hours ago. What do you suggest at this point?
