droopy leaves

Hi everyone,
This is my first time growing and am having a problem with droopy leaves. I originally thought this was from the temperature being too high so I upgraded my fan and exhaust system, but now fear that too much moisture is entering into the room. The leaves at the top of the plant are the most droopy and are beginning to curl under (see pics), while the lower leaves seem to be doing ok. I picked up the clones this past sunday and they have grown about 2 inches to the 9 inches they are now. Please let me know if you have any idea of why the leaves are curling. The plants are in an Ebb and Grow system watering 4 times a day for 15 minutes under a 600watt hps for 18 hours a day. I have been varying the height of the lamp according to the temperature. (trying to keep it between 70-80, although before the new fan it got as high as 90).

hi mate did the clones come already potted? if u recently transplanted then it is quite usual to have droopy leaves for a few days after, if not then its looks like overwatering, try easing up to 3 feeds or only for 10mins for nxt 2 days see how they respond!
