Droopy leaves

Both of these plants are about 2 1/2 months old, grown vegi under 230W of blue cfl and now under 142W of red cfl (going to get another two 68W's soon). They are in Ocean Forest soil w/ hydroton balls ontop so the roots can take advantage of the top 3 inches of soil. I fed them w/ Espoma Bio-tone Starter Plus w/ Mycorrhizae mixed in the Ocean Forest soil when I transplanted them about 3 weeks ago while still in veggi. I know water them w/ 20 oz of water a day that has 1 teaspoon of Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Grow liquid plant food. I am having a bit of an issue keeping the temps in their room straight over night (it dips to about 69F and as high as 80 during the day). On the average, it is in 75-76F temp. I have a CO2 generator I made w/ large empty plastic container (looks like a cookie jar) filled w/ 3/4 gallon water, 1 lb sugar, 1 tbs baking yeast that constantly produces CO2 for the plants. I also have a small weak fan blowing across the mid lvl lights and the plants to circulate are. I don't know why they are so droopy and it's worrying me. The pics are added, please give whatever comments/suggestions you can.

is ur soil moist wen ther droopy?

overwatering...i clicked on your first pic, and was INSTANTLY hit with "whoa! those leaves are hella engourged!" let 'em dry out between waterings...that's what promotes the roots to stretch and grow anyway!

Yup, they're a little over watered! Only water them every 3-4 days!

20 oz of water a day, while under CFLs? That does seem like a lot. Why dont you wait 2 days between waterings, under CFLs you could even leve it 3 without any problems. I water my flowering plants every 2 days while under HPS so they are well dry by the next watering.

Thank you for your quick and awesome responses. I had a suspicion that it was either ph or light but the ph is at 7.0 for one and about 7.2 for the other. I HAVE been watering them every day so I guess there was my mistake . I am going to leave them be for 2 days and then check soil w/ my finger to see if they need it again. Thanks again to all of you !
